Postdoctoral Fellow Job 08-022
A laboratory at the ISB seeks a postdoctoral fellow to join a project investigating the molecular mechanism of transcription and DNA repair. The position involves the development and use of a wide variety of techniques in mass spectrometry, biochemistry, genomics, and molecular biology. The scientist will be involved in designing strategies to purify protein complexes, analyzing the composition of the complexes by quantitative mass spectrometry, and designing biochemical and genomic experiments to investigate the function of specific protein complexes in transcription and DNA repair.
The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in molecular biology or biochemistry and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
ISB is an M/F/D/V/EOE.
