Research Interests
Dr. Mi-Youn Brusniak's current research focus is to develop and enhance bioinformatics software to analyze LC-MS based proteomics data. She is an architectural/workflow designer and coordinator for the Corra, TIQAM and ATAQS (Automated and Targeted Analysis with Quantitative SRM) software which are a framework and set of computational tools for high throughput discovery and validation for various biological system researches.
