The top 10 includes ISB President Dr. Lee Hood (page 11), as well as Bill and Melinda Gates, of the Gates Foundation; Francis Collins, of the U.S. National Institutes of Health; and Craig Venter, of the J. Bio-Fiction Recap

IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) announced that Dr. Lee Hood, president of Institute for Systems Biology, is the 2014 recipient of the Medal for Innovations in Healthcare Technology.
