ISB Taps Kathy Scanlan as New Chief Operating Officer

ISB announces the appointment of Kathy Scanlan as chief operating officer. Scanlan’s leadership career has spanned government, nonprofits and sports, and includes serving as the Executive Vice-President of the 1990 Seattle Goodwill Games Organizing Committee and as President of USA Gymnastics.
